The Auridian Leadership Development Program converts managers into exceptional leaders. Run over a 3, 6 or 12 month period, this program can be delivered exclusively within your organisation anywhere within Australia on dates that suit you. Having regular sessions and the opportunity to discuss current issues and coached through obstacles to implementation, allows participants to truly expand their leadership skills and unfold the potential of their team in a way that one day courses cannot.

Coaching
